Meridian Technology Group is looking for a MAC OS Support Engineer. General Requirements ?Proficiency on the OSX (10.6.x and higher) and iOS (6.x and higher) platforms?Ability on various hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad (second generation upwards)?Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment?Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents using vendor and 3rd-party tools and technical support where required?Strong current knowledge of industry-standard processes for ticket management and service delivery?Top-notch communication abilities, including documentation skills?Research-oriented approach to fixing problemsIn addition to those general requirements, specific background we are looking for
