Director of Nursing. Health and Medical Services in Portland, OR

Under the direction of the Division Dean, the Nursing Director provides leadership to the department for scheduling, personnel management,
and budgeting in alignment with good management practices, campus policies and collective bargaining agreements. They are responsible for
responding to inquiries from College departments, the community, clinical partners, accrediting and licensing agencies and other external
stakeholder groups.
The Nursing Director has discretion in establishing overall department operating procedures and directly supervises faculty, academic
professionals, classified and technical/support staff. They participate as a leader in the division's leadership team and are an extended
part of the campus and district administration.
