The qualified candidate must have completed the OHCA administrator certification program and be an approved ALF/RCF Administrator with the State of Oregon. Verifiable current experience as an Executive Director in Oregon assisted living is absolutely required, as well as an excellent track record in staff recruitment and training, team building, marketing, regulatory compliance, coordination of resident care and department management across all disciplines.
