OBO 30,000 BTU Suburban Furnace on warranty in Portland, OR

We have a 30,000 BTU Suburban Furnace which is still under 2 year warranty. The problem is that our little 20 ft 1972 Shasta can't handle this furnace. It is a very nice furnace... we have all receipts and warranty information, it works great and has tons of great reviews online. I've seen the same unit posted for sale [removed phone]$ else where.
