Close to public transportation on Powell and Foster, 15-20 min from most anything. Very centrally located. Hardwood floors, back yard, outdoor storage. The room is 9 ½ by 9 ½ with a small closet. Additional closet in the hallway can be available for some storage if needed. The apt is furnished but the room is not. I would prefer to keep the common area minimally furnished, open and uncluttered but will consider a piece of comon room furniture or two. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and silverware however there will be room if you have your own kitchen items as well. There is also a good sized linen closet for us to share and outdoor storage as I said above. I am 40 yr old, fun, outgoing single woman that works construction. I work 7-4 typically in the field or in the shop depending. My typical weekday evening is spent in the common area watching TV and on the computer. Any roommate is welcomed to share the TV and common room together. I enjoy the company if we are at home at the same time. I go to bed around 10 and do require a quiet evening roommate as sleep is very important to me. I am up and out of the house typically by 6:30. I do get up early so if you are a light sleeper you will likely hear me in the a.m. for 30 min as I get ready for work. On the weekends I can be either at home or out. It varies.I am fun, extroverted and open person. Looking for someone that is and experienced cohabitator. I am a meat eater and cook at home as often as I go out. I am clean but not a clean freak by any means. I keep the apt uncluttered and lived in. As I have a physical job I am typically beat when I get home and it is all I can do to make myself dinner and relax. The dishes are the last thing I am concerned about so if you are a person that hates dirty dishes in the kitchen I am not the roommate for you. I keep the sink open and the dirty dishes condensed and do dishes 1-2 times a week or as needed. One cat lives here. No additional animals please. He is super low maintenance and does not use a litter box. So no litter smell in the house. He has a cat door and goes outside.I look forward to hearing from you.
