Sugar Gliders for Sale OBO in Portland, OR

I currently own 2 male sugar glider brothers. They were given to me by a friend who got a dog and could no longer let them run loose. I am moving soon and need to give them away to responsible owners. I am asking for $500 total for both. Sold only as a pair.The sugar gliders are easy to bond with and have been very socialized with people. I am including a bonding pouch, cage, food dish, water, bottle, running wheel, and wooden hiding home. They are roughly 6 years old. They live 12-15 years so this would be the perfect pet for a child as they would probably pass on before leaving for college and putting the responsibility on the parents. They are adorable and fun and love to crawl around and on guests. They make the best party favor. They come with a cage, but they were only in it to eat. I let them run around my apartment. They will nip your fingers occasionally during the first month or so while bonding if you try to pick them up, but they have never drawn blood or even left a mark. They are incredibly sweet and make great accessories like hats or scarves (see photos). They bark when they get lonely and make a puffing sound when they are happy. Warning: sugar gliders have a desire to climb into toilets and will die because they can't climb out with claws, so keep lids down or get a rubber door blocker so they don't crawl under it.Their food is pretty simple, they eat everything, including insects so let them run around your place for awhile and you will be ant, spider, fly, and all crawly-things free after a week or so. I give them a bag of food i bought online and supplement it with veggies and fruit and whatever meat i happen to be eating that day.
