Giant OCR1 Road Bike Size XS in Portland, OR

$400 Giant OCR1 Road Bike Size XS

This is a 2004 Giant OCR-1 Compact Road bike and it is in very nice condition and ready to ride. The size is XS (extra small) which equates to a 48cm bike that will fit a person 4ft [removed phone]ft 2 in height. The top tube length is 515mm
Despite being a 2004 model, you would be never guess it from looking at it. It has not been ridden very much. The drive train is in great shape. I checked the chain with a chain wear measuring tool and it has plenty of life left. The tires and brake pads are hardly worn.
There are some scrapes in various places such as the rear derailleur, a few places on the frame, the plastic covers on the brake levers, and there is a very small dent on the right side of the top tube. Overall, the paint is in very good condition and shows no fading. There are a few bolts which have a touch of rust on them but that is all.
I've had the guys at the local bike shop re-align the rear derailleur hanger, adjust the rear shifting and replace the front shift cable and adjust the front derailleur shifting. The bike chain has been lubricated. This bike is ready to ride!
It appears to have the original equipment with the exception of the seat, and the water bottle holder which is a Specialized branded holder. And the tires look so good I don't see how they can be from 2004 but they are the same make tires the bike came with.
The CatEye cycle computer seen in the pictures has been removed from the bike and is no longer available. You would need to purchase your own computer.
This bike has really nice components!

Some caveats!
The seat looks great but I noticed underneath the seat, where the staples attach the cover to the seat body, the cover is starting to pull free. Perhaps this can be reattached by a bike shop or a dab of epoxy.
The guys at the bike shop suggested the brake/shifter levers be repositioned and the handlebar rotated up a bit for a more comfortable position. If you have this done, it would be a good idea to have the bar tape replaced at the same time as it is starting to deteriorate in places.
